The following photographs are required:

Important Notes:

• Before and after photos must be taken without makeup or accessories.

• Only in the optional photos the model’s face or hand can be enhanced, without obstructing

the view of the work performed.

• Photos must be submitted in high resolution by April 1, 2025, at the latest.

• Punctuality is required. The organization will not be responsible for any delays or omissions.

• Late submissions will result in disqualification, and no refund will be provided.

The photographs and video must be submitted via WeTransfer to the email address

congress.redcarpetdubai@gmail.com, specifying:

• Name and surname of the participant

• Nomination category (Junior, Master, Expert)

The images, sent anonymously, will be evaluated by a jury. Each participant will be assigned a

participation number, which will remain confidential. The winners will be announced during the

Gala Evening. Evaluation forms can be requested starting from June 15, 2025.

 

Works that have already been presented at other competitions or published are not allowed

(this will result in disqualification). Editing of the photographs with any type of software or other

programs is strictly prohibited. Contacting the judges is absolutely forbidden.

Participants, models, and judges are expected to behave with the highest integrity and

professionalism, diligently adhering to the rules, and maintaining punctuality and respect for

the entire organization, staff, collaborators, and third parties. Any false declarations during

registration, improper behavior, or failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in

immediate disqualification from all nominations, or, if discovered later, the revocation of any

prizes, without reimbursement of expenses. In case of absence from the event, any prizes will

be shipped at the winner’s expense.

 

 

JUDGES

Each nomination will be judged by a national and international jury. Judges are not allowed to

contact the participants or models. Judges will be available in case of complaints or any

clarifications requested by participants.

Judges will assign a score to each model, considering the category of the participant, the

complexity of the work performed, and other parameters. Judges are not permitted to check

the forms or scores of their colleagues.

Each judge may award a personal prize to a participant in each category, naming their “Best

Work” (this is optional). The “Best Work” must be communicated to the organization by May 1.

The winner of the “Best Work” will be announced during the Gala Evening, after the general

awards.

The participation number of the winners of the “Best Work” prizes will remain anonymous and

will be revealed on stage. Winners will be determined based on the total score. The top three

scores will determine the first, second, and third places in each category (Junior, Master,

Expert).

Competition Parameters for All Lash Extension Nominations

Curvature: All curvatures are accepted.

Mixing Curvatures: Mixed curvatures are allowed.

Colors: Only black and brown in all their shades are accepted. Other colors are not allowed.

Color Combination: Both black and brown can be used simultaneously.

Length: The maximum accepted length is 0.11 mm.

Thickness for Specific Nominations:

• For One to One, 4/7D, and YY nominations, allowed thicknesses range from 0.05 mm to 0.10

mm (with all intermediate thicknesses).

• Layering: Layering is permitted.

Scoring Criteria for All Lash Extension Nominations

Judges will evaluate the following criteria:

1. Distance from the Eyelid – Score from 1 to 10

2. Direction – Score from 1 to 10

3. Color or Color Mix Used – Score from 1 to 10

4. Curvature or Mix of Curvatures Used – Score from 1 to 10

5. Mapping Difficulty – Score from 1 to 10

6. General Impression – Score from 1 to 5

7. Adhesion (Bonding) – Score from 1 to 10

8. Inner Eye (Inner Corner) – Score from 1 to 10

9. Outer Eye (Outer Corner) – Score from 1 to 10

10. Fill (Coverage) – Score from 1 to 10

11. Work Cleanliness – Score from 1 to 10

12. Symmetry – Score from 1 to 10

13. Redness/Irritation in the Eyes – Score from 1 to 10

Scoring Criteria for All PMU Nominations

Judges will evaluate the following criteria:

1. Work Cleanliness – Score from 1 to 10

2. Symmetry – Score from 1 to 10

3. Overall Appearance – Score from 1 to 10

4. Shape – Score from 1 to 10

5. Color Choice – Score from 1 to 10

6. Shading – Score from 1 to 10

7. Trauma – Score from 1 to 10

8. Pixel Quality – Score from 1 to 10

9. Before and After Comparison – Score from 1 to 10

Scoring Criteria for All Nails Nominations

Judges will evaluate the following criteria:

1. General Impression – Score from 1 to 10

2. Work Cleanliness – Score from 1 to 10

3. Cuticle Cleanliness – Score from 1 to 10

4. Thickness – Score from 1 to 10

5. APEX – Score from 1 to 10

6. Color Transition for Babyboomer (Ombre) – Score from 1 to 10

Scoring System

• Scores range from 1 (minimum, insufficient) to 10 (maximum, excellent).

• Decimal scores are not accepted – only whole numbers (no commas).

CATEGORIES

• JUNIOR: Up to 2 years of experience.

• MASTER: Up to 4 years of experience.

• EXPERT: More than 4 years of experience, including teachers.

The category of participation must be determined based on the years of experience

accumulated as of the date of the competition (not the date of registration).

DRESS CODE

• During the Congresses: Business attire (color of your choice) is required.

• During the Gala Evening: Arabian attire in any tone is requested.

• Male Companions during the Gala Evening are welcome with formal “Total Black” attire or

Sheikh-themed clothing.
